Mahre TaKeisha

This is Mahre TaKeisha. She is 24 years old and an inhabitant of Calderinia. Mahre lives alone near The Volcano National Park in a little cabin. She moved here after having lived in the capital. But after her boyfriend died from an overdose she didn’t want to stay in Lavaca. So Mahre left the city and now she lives here because of her new job in The Volcano National Park. Here she guides tourists around and does overnight trips through the park. Her week is planned like this; during the week, she gives tours around the park. To that purpose she wakes up around 7 a.m. and she leaves for the park around 08:30 a.m. where her first tour starts at 9 a.m.. During the day nothing much special happens and every now and then she takes a joint. Mahre just loves to show tourists around and she enjoys the beautiful nature. Then, mostly in the weekend, she does overnight trips. This does not happen every weekend. So, when she has some spare time she loves to hike, and at night she loves to look at the stars. From the moment she moved away from the city she had the desire to make a trip somewhere else, to another country. Mahre never travelled further than the borders of her own country.

Customer Journey

When Mahre leaves her house she crosses a billboard on her way to work. She sees a picture of the Space Centre Visitor Complex of the Republic of Andromeda. Later when she arrives at her job, she passes by the front desk where the tourists enter. Here you find information about the volcano park, other tourist attractions in the country and also some brochures about different countries, which also include Andromeda. Her first guided tour starts at 9 a.m. During the tour she starts having a conversation with one of the visitors. He seems like a really nice guy, who has a lot of travelling experience. Mahre asks what his favorite place is so far. He starts talking enthusiastically about The Republic of Andromeda. Mahre is really interested in his story and asks a lot of questions after the tour guide is finished. She loves to hear about the personal experiences of people, because word of mouth is something she trusts most.

After having finished work, she goes back home and starts chilling on her computer. After scrolling through her mails, she sees an advertisement appear on her screen. She sees a beautiful picture of the islands of Andromeda. It shows a view of the islands and a magnificent blue ocean. A real eye-catcher! She is getting really excited about exploring this beautiful country.

The next day, she decides to visit a travelling agent in the near village. They provide her with a lot of information about the possibilities for her journey. Mahre is mostly attracted by the Republic of Andromeda, because she is intrigued by the night sky. Also the island hopping appeals to her because it is perfect for a hike. Now, she officially decides to book a trip to Andromeda.

A few weeks later she starts packing her things. She checks the forecast for the last time and it says that it is going to be sunny with nice temperatures. The next day she leaves for the airport and 4 hours later arrives in Andromeda Airport. At the airport a taxi driver is waiting for her to drive her to the hotel ‘To Infinity And Beyond’. During the ride to the hotel the driver advises Mahre about all the good local bars and restaurants where she must go to.

During her stay in Andromeda Mahre does a lot of things. She starts with a visit to the Space Centre Visitor Complex in the capital Aphelion. Later on she also visits the city itself. She goes to several restaurants, buys a Space activity pack for her cousins and last but not least she goes on a one-week island hopping. She’s got the time of her life!

During the flight home she looks at all the pictures she took. When she arrives in Calderinia, she first visits her sister to give her cousins their gift. Later, when Mahre is finally at home, she decides to write a review on the hotel’s website about her marvelous trip. When she goes to the village later that week Mahre passes by the travelling agency and she just books a do over for the following year.
